No. Our programs are designed for men of all fitness levels. Whether you’re just starting again or already training, we give you a clear path forward.

What equipment do I need?

Minimal. You can start with bodyweight and basic equipment (dumbbells, a barbell, or a gym). Everything is adaptable.

What if I’m busy with work and family?

That’s exactly who we built this for. Sessions are structured, efficient, and realistic so you can train around a busy lifestyle.

How is this different from a normal gym program?

ROARFIT combines structured training, accountability, and coaching. You don’t just get a workout plan — you get support, tracking, and progression.

What happens after the 7-Day Reboot (The Edge)?

You can move into The Rebuild (90 Days) or The Lion’s Year (12 Months) for ongoing transformation and long-term results.

What if I’ve had injuries or haven’t trained in years?

Every plan can be adapted to your ability and condition. We focus on safe progressions and rebuilding strength step by step.
